Trial Sandboxes, Credits Metering & Upgrade Policies
Web Extracto Pro employs a metered credit ledger governing all data harvesting and extraction actions:
One-Time Free Trial Terms
The 300 free trial credits allocation is valid for 30 days and limited to a single company domain. Free trial credits do not replenish automatically.
Exhaustion & Commercial Upgrade
Once an account consumes its 300 trial credits, access to active crawling is paused. Continued operation requires an upgrade to a paid commercial subscription tier.
Metered Action Schedule
Web fetch = 1 Credit; PDF/Doc parse = 2 Credits; OCR image scanning = 3 Credits; Structured data export (Excel/CSV) = 100 Credits.
All commercial subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Unused recurring credits reset at the end of each 30-day billing cycle. Purchased top-up will also reset at the end of each 30-day billing cycle. All credit purchases are strictly non-refundable once provisioned.
03.
Acceptable Use Warranty & Legal Compliance
As an express condition of your license to use the service, you covenant and warrant that:
- You will use extracted contact details in strict compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, EU/UK GDPR, CASL, and all relevant state and federal privacy statutes.
- You will never configure crawlers to target private, authenticated networks, behind login walls, or circumvent paywalls.
- You will respect the rights of data subjects and immediately honor unsubscribe and opt-out requests within ten (10) business days.
- You will not resell, sublicense, or distribute raw bulk contact lists to third-party list brokers.
